The rooms with a balcony are nice, but the curtains need fixing as they are loose at the top. The hotel is conveniently located near Shepstone Gardens. 🌳 It's in a growing neighborhood and offers easy access to nearby attractions through a proxy service.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Ascot. The spacious room surprised me, and I especially enjoyed the unexpected balcony. The facilities like the kettle, fridge, and aircon met my expectations. The checkout time was convenient, and I didn't feel rushed.

There was no hot water in the shower, and settling for a cold shower wasn't ideal. Additionally, the limited TV channels were a bit disappointing.
